Fractal Sufi

Fractal Sufi is a musical ensemble that was established in 2021 by Sina Momtahan, Max Senitt, and Jeronimo Acuna. The band’s unique sound is a fusion of blues and jazz, combined with Persian-inspired riffs and vocals. The band’s compositions showcase a harmonious blend of improvisational techniques, featuring sections on Persian Dastgah and Maghams, which stay true to the spirit of both Jazz and Persian classical music. Additionally, the band often collaborates with musicians from both the Iranian Traditional and Jazz worlds, adding diverse and complementary elements to their sound. One of the band’s notable achievements is their feature on CBC1’s Big City Small World with their track ‘I’ll Chase You Till the End of Time’. They are currently working on their debut album, which promises to showcase their unique style and musical prowess.
